What shipping carriers do you use?
We use major carriers including UPS and USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Rush shipments are also available.
How long does it take you to ship out my order?
Most orders placed before noon ship out either the same or next business day. If your order has not shipped after full two business days please contact us as there may be an issue with your order.
Custom products do take longer for delivery and you can find more information on the individual product page.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are located in relation to Chicago, IL. Orders processed here will take 1-7 business days to arrive domestically in most cases. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange my product?
Wrong size? Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or message us through live chat and we will exchange your product free of charge. Please note that the buyer is responsible for their own return shipping but we cover shipping back to you for domestic (US based) orders. For international exchanges the buyer may be responsible for extra shipping charges on exchanges. Please contact us to help select the correct size.
Can I return or exchange custom products?
Only due to a manufacturing defect. All custom products are inspected by our staff before we ship them to you.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase within 30 days we will refund you 100% of your products price minus any shipping fees paid. The item must be in new and unworn condition.
Please contact customer service if you have take an item out of the packaging and if it still in "like-new" condition we will try to work something out. You will never be charged a restocking fee.
For exchanges the buyer is responsible for return shipping and Hockey Ref Shop will cover shipping back to you in the US. International orders must pay additional shipping on exchanges.
